Frozen River is the story of Ray Eddy, an upstate New York trailer mom who is lured into the world of illegal immigrant smuggling when she meets a Mohawk girl who lives on a reservation that straddles the U.S.-Canadian border. Broke after her husband takes off with the down payment for their new doublewide, Ray reluctantly teams up with Lila, a smuggler, and the two begin making runs across the frozen St. Lawrence River carrying illegal Chinese and Pakistani immigrants in the trunk of Ray's Dodge Spirit.

REG Free Family Film Festival Beginning June 2009!
When school’s out, kids around the country visit selected Regal
theatres for the Free Family Film Festival. It’s a fun-filled nine
weeks of movies for kids and parents. Since 1991, Regal has provided
this service to the community, and best of all it’s FREE! |
Selected
G & PG movies start at 10AM each Tuesday and Wednesday during the
festival. First-come, first-served seating is limited to theatre
capacity. The Free Family Film Festival is safe, lots of fun and a
great way for kids to spend a weekday morning in the summer.
